About this rare opportunity
You will be managing the "new business" portfolio which will initially start at approximately 40 residential properties, growing with new business. There is a leasing team on hand to manage the entire leasing process, up to sign-up and additional administration support also on hand to assist with admin overflow.
Responsibilities will include;
- Meeting and sign-up of all new tenants in your portfolio
- Quarterly routine inspections
- Final bond inspections and process
- All property maintenance
- Liaise with all Owners, Tenants and Contractors

We are seeking a dynamic go-getter with a minimum of three years’ portfolio management experience and great stability throughout their career. A personable, well-presented, articulate and “CAREER” focused Property Manager that will align well with this high-profile brand.
Some experience around Business Development or eagerness and energy to develop this skill further will be advantageous!!
Essential
- Current WA Property Management or Sales Registration
- Valid WA drivers license
- Rights to work in Australia

Regular team functions including EOFY and the Xmas party is usually on a boat in Rottnest
