About this opportunity
Our client is ideally looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their Property Management career and keen to step away from your "traditional" property management model. Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and support from a hands on Principal will be provided.
With a dedicated assistant to assist with 50% of your workload, highly experienced and well-trained VA's at your disposal, this opportunity will allow you to build solid relationships with all of your Owners, Tenants and Contractors.
Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 2 years in a Property Management role confidently managing your own portfolio is ideal, along with a great attitude and drive.
A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
