Our client has a stellar reputation and is seeking a Property Manager gun to join their boutique team on the Eastern Beaches. Have the benefit of your own portfolio being close proximity to the office and the beach just in time for Summer!
The Role
You will be working in an awesome POD and managing this extremely tidy portfolio on the beaches.
Your Duties will include:
This role will see you assisted by a dedicated (and highly experienced) Property Manager and responsible for the following:
- Day to day management of a portfolio of 150 properties
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Responsible for own Leasing
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Rent reviews & increases
- Increasing profitability of the rent roll
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you must:
- 18 months to 2 years PM experience
- Be a team player and problem solver
- Fantastic presentation and attitude is a must
- Certificate of Registration + vehicle
- Experience with Real Pro is desirable
- Eastern suburb beach local / knowledge of area pref.
