Our client:
Join a leading brand with a busy agency in the Inner City where you get to manage your own days!
The Role:
This is a highly autonomous role will see you managing the day to day management of mainly new builds/ developments in the Inner City.
Duties will include:
- Management of a portfolio of 180 properties
- Taking and attending to landlord and tenant correspondence
- Upkeep of properties including repairs & maintenance
- Arrears minimisation
- Rent reviews and rent increases
- Ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Managing any elevated issues including Tribunal attendance
Specific requirements:
- Experience in autonomously managing a portfolio
- Live relatively locally
- Certificate of Registration, car and driver's licence
- Outstanding presentation & excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Friendly and outgoing attitude
- Longevity in roles
