Your New Role:
Located in the beautiful Upper North Shore, this incredibly exciting role will see you working in the area’s strongest Property Management department.
Duties will include:
- Working in a POD structure, you will support a Senior in managing circa 300 props
- Championing any repairs and maintenance matters
- Assisting with the Leasing function (on Lease Exec’s days off)
- Undertaking periodic inspections and drafting reports
- Chasing up rental arrears
- Providing admin support to the Property Manager
- Answering queries and providing outstanding service to clients with attention to detail
Your background:
- Experience in managing a portfolio – open to a PO or Lease Exec wanting to step up
- COR and own vehicle
- Local knowledge preferred
- Knowledge in REST & File Smart
- Excellent written & verbal English
