The Company

The Role
As a Property Manager you will manage 150 properties that will grow to a maximum of 160. A highly autonomous role, duties will include:
- Report to an experienced Department Head
- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Communicate with the tenants and landlords
- Ensure A1 upkeep of the portfolio through proactive and reactive maintenance
- Maintain low levels of arrears
- Tribunal hearings and dispute resolution when required
- Undertake all inspections (in / periodic / bond)
- Leasing duties such as taking enquiries, showings and reference checking
The Applicant
- 12+ months of experience as a Property Manager
- Certificate of Registration or RE License
- Driver’s License and car
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immaculately presented
- Ideally experience with the REST software (although not essential)
