THE OPPORTUNITY
This office network consists of nearly 1000 individually owned and operated offices in over 10 countries and is Brimbank's fastest growing agency. Family owned and operated the staff have worked in this office over many years. You will enjoy coming to work in their modern, bright and cheerful office.
The role is to manage a portfolio of 170 properties as part of a small team set up that includes two property managers and an assistant. Ideally you will be able to offer a sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and have managed your own portfolio for a minimum of 2 years. Experience with PropertyMe would be well regarded and this position is available now.
