About Us:
Established office with a growing Property Management business. You will work with a young energetic team who enjoy a great office culture.
The Role:
A general overview of responsibilities are as follows:
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
- Routine inspections (with the use of an office provided IPAD)
- Maintenance and follow ups
- Rent reviews & lease expiries
- Leasing (including open for inspections, application processing, condition reports etc)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, with time in lieu the following Friday
- Rental admin support is provided to our team every Monday

A salary package of approx. $60-65K gross (including superannuation, car & phone allowance) - depending on experience

What We Require From You:
At least 2 years Property Management experience is preferred
Experience with the "Console Gateway" or "Property Me" systems is preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service
Excellent time management skills
Professionalism
Immaculate presentation
Motivation and enthusiasm
Driver's license and a reliable car
A modern & reliable mobile phone
Agents Representative Certificate
Current police check
