About the Role
Joining the dynamic Property Management team, your strong residential experience will allow you to manage a portfolio of 150 properties, with the possibility of 200 max. Working minimal Saturdays, a knowledge of Melbourne's Eastern suburbs would be beneficial for this role but not essential.
Duties include but not limited to:
Client Liaison
Managing a portfolio of 150 properties
Tenant management
Repairs and Maintenance
Enquiries
Marketing
Experience on Console
Inspections
