About the Role
Joining the active Property Management team, the role will undertake full management of a portfolio of 180 properties.
Duties include but not limited to:
Leasing
Inspections (OFI & Routine)
Tenant and Landlord Management
Maintenance and Repairs
Administration
Responding to enquiries
Skills and Experience
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Minimum 12-18 months Property Management experience
Strong portfolio management knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Strong computer skills
Victorian Driver's License
Well presented, reliable car
