About the role
The perfect opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to take the next step in their career has become available. Managing a portfolio of 170 properties you will be responsible for a well-run portfolio working 1 Saturday a month.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of 170 properties
Client liaison
Inspections
Maintenance and repairs
Arrears
Tribunal appearances (if required)
Managing client and tenant enquiries
Skills and Experience
Experience working as an Assistant Property Manager for 12 months
Ideally you have experience using REST
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable and presentable car
Strong Communication Skills
Neat and tidy personal presentation
Culture
This office prefer to work in a fun environment without all the big stress levels that are common in most real estate offices.
