About the Role
Taking on this Property Management role you will be managing a portfolio of 160 properties. You will work alongside a close knit team who consider themselves a working family.
Duties
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Rental inspections and reports
Overseeing repairs and maintenance
Liaising with landlords, tenants and third parties
OFI's
Processing applications
Rental assessments
About You
Minimum 2 years experience in the real estate industry
A positive attitude
Excellent presentation
Reliable car & driver's license
A desire to learn and develop
Agents Representative Certificate
High levels of motivation and energy
A desire to succeed within the industry
Sound communication skills and professionalism
