About the Role
You will specialize in the stunning Inner South East area of Melbourne with your portfolio comprising of around 160 properties. You will be working closely with an Assistant PM and receive constant support from management.
With the support of the rental administrators within the company, the tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Leasing
Open For Inspections
Final Inspections
Maintenance and Repairs
Landlord Liaison
Client Management
Skills and Experience
Minimum 12 months Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
Agent’s Representative Certificate
Current Police Check
Australian Driver’s Licence
Reliable and well-presented vehicle
Strong Communication Skills
Well Presented
Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.
