Your New Role:
This is an incredibly exciting role working in the area’s strongest Property Management department.
- Generating leads for property management
- Monitoring the marketing and creating opportunities
- Meeting prospective landlords and appraising properties
- Signing up management agreements
- Writing prop descriptions and taking photos
- Taking lease enquiries and carrying out all leasing duties
Requirements:
- Some form of Sales or BDM experience
- Certificate of Registration
- Comfortable spending 2 x sessions a day on the phones
- Might suit a sales exec looking for better income (given the current market)
- Car & drivers license
- Knowledge of the area preferred
