Our Client:
Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this Australian owned and run residential wealth advisory has been operating successfully for over 15 years. With their niche sitting in near-complete or recently-completed off the plan apartments, townhouses and house & land properties, they have a solid research team to guide purchasing across Australia depending on where the greatest value and returns will be for their clients.
Role:
As their new Property Investment Consultant, you will be part of a professional and passionate team of 10+. Qualified leads will be handed across to you, and you will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Presenting prospective investment properties to clients and helping them understand the value proposition, including the company’s Macro & Micro research for the region/property being suggested
- Foster strong relationships with all external stakeholders for the business - influence and negotiate with partners when required.
- Hold the clients’ hand from the time they are presented with their investment property options right through to the completion of the property and beyond
- Facilitate introductions so the client can engage specialists to assist with property management, building inspection, landlord/building insurance, depreciation report etc.
- Attend and contribute to internal team meetings, ensuring the broader team is kept up to date with clients’ status and any roadblocks or potential issues
About You:
- Ideally you will be coming from an Investment Sales, Buyers Agency or Project Sales background
- Have an understanding of current real estate market fundamentals (nationally would be highly regarded, but not essential)
- Be passionate about property investment, and perhaps have bought yourself
- A great communicator with strong relationship and time management skills
- Love being part of a high-vibe team and helping people
