About this opportunity
Our client is ideally looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their Property Management career and open to supporting both a highly experienced BDM and assist the Property Management team with overflow.
Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and support from a hands on Principal and Management team will be provided.
The bulk of this opportunity will be supporting their Business Development Manager whose client base has grown to a point where they're in need of support with a variety of mostly administrative tasks.
Duties are likely to include;
- Ensuring properties are ready to market, arrange and follow-up on any maintenance requirements
- Schedule professional photographs and meet photographers onsite
- Preparing Comparative Market Analysis for upcoming appraisals
- Updating database with new owners and tenants
- Organising keys and remotes for new properties
- Liaising with Owners, Tenants and relevant trades
- Schedule and conducting home opens
- Ensuring relevant documentation is ordered i.e. titles and/or strata plans
This is an outcome focused team and will suit a "team player" with right attitude and aptitude.
Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 1 year experience within a Property Management department with exposure to all the varied responsibilities.
A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
