More of a tech start-up than property, they offer advice and mentorship to property investors, and across their team have more than 100 years’ worth of experience.
Here is your opportunity to be the driving force behind sourcing and acquiring suitable property solutions for our clients Property Consultants!
Duties:
- Locate, assess, and recommend residential property opportunities
- Conduct highest and best use analysis on all property opportunities
- Contact multiple property developers and collect market information including pricing, next launch dates, buyer demographic etc
- Manage key data sources including broader marker sales data, and other sector specific data and research
- Remain abreast of economic climate, industry trends and changes to legislation, ensure knowledge is shared within the team
- Liaise with internal team on a regular basis and assist with any day to day requirements, queries, and information requests
- Ensuring there is enough stock / offering great value / to feed their Property Consultants
- Finding undervalued off the plan or land that can be packaged with homes in NSW + VIC
Requirements:
- A background in residential property valuation desirable
- Property Investment Analysis experience or similar is a must
- Industry and market knowledge
- Positive attitude and ability to working in a professional team dynamic
- Be able to analyse information and formulate property recommendations
- Existing network with builders/ developers & ability to forge new ones
- Strong written and verbal communication
