Our client is seeking a dynamic sales consultant to join their tight-knit team – integrity and hard work is everything to them and because of this that sees them receive ongoing business!
THE ROLE
With the support of a well-known brand, market-leading systems, your focus will be:
- Working with external agencies as the main point of contact for this development site and assisting with their sale process (70% of the role)
- Working with a range of clients including high-end owner-occupiers, downsizers, first homeowners, and investors to sell stock on the site (30%)
- Assisting in finding bespoke solutions for their property and financial needs
- You will be accountable for delivering results in your own right, regularly reporting to the Managing Director
- You will work as a key member of a highly professional, results-focused team
- Acting for your Purchasers as a trusted advisor regarding the selection of residential properties
- You will be integral in building and maintaining relationships with our partners including Developers, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers
- You will be directly supported and trained by the Sales Manager to assist you in growing your earning potential
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally experience with a development group - open to candidates from reputable agencies
- Must have real estate licence
- Experience managing foreign speaking buyers will be looked upon favourably
- Ability to manage full sales process
- Mandarin speaking
