THE ROLE
With the support of a well-known brand, market-leading systems, your focus will be:
- Achieve monthly sales targets accordingly
- Communicate accurately to the client's matters relating to single contract housing, specifications, permitted variations and delivery expectations
- Develop and maintain effective sales network
- Inform accurately the clients about land and apartment availability, pricing and sales conditions
- Maintain sales reporting systems accurately and timely
- Work cooperatively with team members
- Act professionally and ethically according to set out guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Real Estate Sales experience
- A genuine passion for property sales and people
- Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Impeccable presentation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and after hours as required
- Car and clean drivers licence
