Project Sales Executive

YOUR NEW ROLE

This role is an exclusive for Mandarin speaking sales executives wanting to make a name for themselves and also earn an incredible income!! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing all incoming buyer enquiry (you will receive 1800 contacts who have expressed interest in purchasing from various projects)
  • Educating buyers regarding other projects (for multiple purchasing)
  • Providing property investment and general market commentary
  • Attending regular networking events
  • Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
  • Managing external agent relationships and referrals
  • Continuing communication with purchasers through to settlement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin
  • Hungry to succeed and a natural leader
  • Project sales experience preferred but a willingness to learn is essential
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and effective networks
  • Impeccable presentation and an engaging presence
  • Experience assisting downsizers will be highly regard
