The Company:
As a well-known player in the residential project sales space, our client has a brilliant reputation and continues to grow with exciting & unique developments. They are now seeking a Sales-gun to join their off-the-plan sales trio.
Your New Role:
Based between their Sydney corporate office and the onsite display suites across the East, this position will see acting autonomously in the overall project sales and negotiation process. You will:
- Servicing incoming buyer enquiry
- Educating buyers regarding the project, investment potential and general property market commentary
- Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
- Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
About You:
The successful applicant will be provided with a great deal of autonomy, thus will need to be hungry and a self-starter.
- You will have had great success in a property sales based role
- be an outstanding communicator across multiple demographics and a creative, self-motivated thinker
- Above all you will be able to sell!!!
- A current Certificate of Registration or License is essential
- Comfortable working weekends
