Our client is a well-established private development company that has the exclusive opportunity to sell projects across Brisbane. As a result of this we are searching for experienced Off Plan Sales Professionals that add depth to their team.

The role will have you selling well placed property within Brisbane and exposes you to an iconic and established brand. You will be managing the end to end process of property sales, sale negotiation and client interaction.

The Role

  • Selling newly established projects that will launch this year
  • Working with a well-recognised developer
  • Managing all sales leads and close deals
  • Establishing strong rapport with prospective and past clients
  • Maintain and follow up on client relationships
  • Providing guidance and project knowledge to the Market

  • Proven experience in Real Estate Off Plan Sales

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Must have Agent’s Representative Certificate
