The Client:
Working with some of the best developers in Sydney with a focus on the East, Inner West, StGeorge and North Shore markets, our client is a leading property strategist and project marketing firm, working with developers to find, acquire, design and ultimately then market / sell residential projects off the plan.
Currently holding some completed stock, as well as several projects about to launch, this highly experienced team also have an incredibly strong pipeline for the rest of the year and well in to 2021.
Duties:
Working across both completed and off-the-plan stock, you will be exclusively assigned 1 – 2 projects, but also have the ability to cross-sell across any of the projects, this role will see you responsible for:
- Taking and addressing inbound enquiry
- Proactively calling back through previous enquiries that didn’t transact at the time
- Exclusive management of 1 – 2 display suites
- Keeping abreast of stock available and competing project sales & prices
- Negotiating to exchange
- Maintaining relationships with buyers through to settlement (largely managed for you though marketing and sales support)
- Providing feedback to the MD’s for the developer
Specific requirements:
- Real Estate sales or Project Sales Experience
- Proven ability to gain results
- Ability to anticipate needs and work with a team
- Experience with Agent Box would be highly advantageous
- Able to work weekends where projects require it
