Project Sales Associate

Working with some of the best developers in Sydney with a focus on the East, Inner West, St George and North Shore markets, our client is a leading property strategist and project marketing firm, working with developers to find, acquire, design and ultimately then market / sell residential projects off the plan.

Duties:
Working alongside the Director, this role will see you working 70% with buyers and supporting in getting deals done efficiently, and 30% in Admin based duties. Specifically you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the management of 3 - 5 display suites + showing buyers through sites
• Taking and addressing inbound buyer enquiry / call backs
• Setting appointments for the Director
• Completing registration forms, database maintenance and taking EOI’s
• Keeping abreast of stock available and competing project sales & prices
• Project prep on new sites such as obtaining marketing collateral and display suite set-up
• Providing feedback to the MD for the developer

Requirements:

• RE Sales or Project Sales Experience - ideally 2yrs+ experience
• Proven ability & hungry to achieve results | a real driver & self-motivated
• Ability to anticipate needs and work with a team
• Certificate of Registration (or License) + car and driver’s license
• proficient with Agent Box highly advantageous
• Able to work weekends where projects require it
