Your New Role
If you have been looking for that illusive role that will allow you to step in to Sales or Project Sales without any experience – this is it!
Working alongside one of the Directors and supporting with Buyer management on new developer builds (apartments), this role will see you:
- Take and address enquiries across 5 – 6 projects
- Undertake open for inspections and private viewings
- Call backs to interested parties or past purchasers
- Collate and sent floorplans, prices and contracts
- Database management and general Admin
About You
- Attitude is the key for this role – we are looking for someone HUNGRY FOR SUCCESS
- Some Real Estate experience is essential – but training will be provided in sales
- Driver’s license and car
- A strong negotiator and an excellent communicator
- Ambitious, well presented and have a strong desire to learn and succeed
