THE OPPORTUNITY:

Housed in a stunning, state-of-the-art project sales suite in North West Sydney, our client requires a capable, passionate project sales administrator to support the sales team.  You will be the engine of this team, specifically responsible for:

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the sales suite
  • Ensure that sales suite is well-presented and fully stocked with marketing collateral
  • Assist the sales team with communications and finalising sales by liaising with all stakeholders including builders and solicitors 
  • Champion all data-entry and administration tasks, including compiling reports, ‘live chat’ responses
  • Making calls to past visitors and past enquires to check status on their purchasing journey
  • Organise and attend events

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Admin / Customer Service roles
  • Effective communicator, good energy and engaging
  • Have or be undertaking your Real Estate Certificate
  • Mature minded and well -presented
  • Must have full working rights
