Project Marketing Executive

Entering the Sydney property market approximately 10 years ago, our client has had an incredible run in medium - high density developments across Sydney. With a solid reputation, they have delivered several acclaimed apartment projects, and have some exciting upcoming launches that you’ll be proud to market.
  
The Role:

Working within a team, this role is to provide high quality support / work alongside the Marketing Director and ensure the smooth running of all corporate and project marketing activities.

Duties:

• EDM management, contribute toward weekly/monthly marketing meetings
• Management of social media content
• Coordinate all marketing activity for their PM division
• Manage corporate and project websites
• Reporting on SEO/SEM, website traffic and marketing campaign performance and effectiveness
• Assist with general copywriting on various online and print collateral where required.
• Assist with the preparation of award submissions.
• Liaison with media, advertising agencies, creative agencies, stylists, caterers, photographers
• Coordinate and roll out various events under the instruction - launch days, VIP nights, training events and seminars.

  
Specific Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar ‘property marketing’ role (projects or real estate background will be considered)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in copywriting for marketing collateral
• Strong Microsoft Office skills. Click Dimensions and Recurpost/Hootsuite are an advantage
• Proven track record in using analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment & across multiple projects
