Our client is looking is looking for a Project Manager who has worked previously in a large company and specialised in residential land subdivisions.
Key Skills Required:
- Industry experience and demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end development lifecycle
- Experience in residential land subdivisions
- Understanding of acquisitions and due diligence
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple and conflicting demands
- Ability to work independently and make decisions required to deliver projects
- Able to identify problems and develop solutions
- Excellent time management skills, organisational, reporting, analytical and communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Well-developed budget/cashflow and program management skills
You will require a tertiary qualification in a property related field- Property Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Project /construction Management matched with the ability to critically analysis and understand project financials.
