Portfolio Valuation Manager

The role:
This rare and exciting opportunity is for a Portfolio Valuation Manager to provide financial analysis and regular valuation of their management portfolio to ensure long-term asset performance, due diligence for acquisitions, divestment analysis, lease analysis, forecasting, development feasibility as well as the preparation and delivery of in house valuation training and the portfolio valuation program. This role reports directly to c-suite.

The candidate:
Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least 7+ years experience in commercial valuations, preferably retail or office and will be proficient with excel, cougar and forbury modelling. You will be a natural leader responsible for the development and management of 1 direct report
