Portfolio Manager

Work for a property company with an impeccable reputation in the market based out of head office in Brisbane. This role is overseeing a portfolio of shopping centres across Queensland. The Role:

This opportunity is for an experienced Centre Manager/Portfolio Manager who has experience with managing a large team. This role is varied and takes someone who can hit the ground running immediately.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage a team of Centre Managers, Facilities Managers, Property Accountants and Marketing Managers
• Accounting & debtor management
• Continue a long-term business strategy that meets the needs of modern shoppers and shopping mall trends
• Continue the preparation and analysis of the quarterly budget reviews
• Accurately monitor and report on all tenancy costs and retail trading figures
• Maintain a vibrant casual mall leasing strategy that strengthens foot traffic
• Work closely with the asset and facilities managers to schedule maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption to business
• Continue to foster productive business partnerships with all retailers and external service providers (such as legal services and contractors)
• Continue to assist with leasing management and negotiations of all retailers
• Contribute the marketing and advertising strategies and branding​

What we're looking for:

• Shopping Centre Management/Asset Management experience of at least 5+ years
• Large team management experience
• Detail orientated, process driven and be able to hit the ground running
• Have the ability to manage all stakeholders expectations, both internal and external
• Polished professional to represent the prestigious brand
