They have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals, and a culture that is inspirational, the team is focused and highly capable.
Due to the continuous growth, they are now seeing an energetic Pop Up Leasing/ CML Executives, with previous experience in a similar role to join their high performing team. Working under a highly respected Managing Director, alongside an experienced team, you will identify and maximise leasing revenue across a significant portfolio of assets.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and continual promotion of the brand
- Monitor trends, key players in the industry and movements in rental values
- Negotiate to secure temporary leases and licenses with Retailers
- Preparation of an annual plan and budget for mall merchandising
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance mall space usage
- Monthly reporting
- Prospecting for new business
- Administration support is provided
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in Retail Leasing or Casual Mall Leasing with demonstrated success in securing business. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. With advanced negotiation, valuing ability, and critical thinking skills you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
