Personal Assistant | Property Company

Work with a leading property company supporting the COO and senior team members. Great company culture in a hardworking company. Potential P/T avail.

We have a rare position currently available for an experienced Personal Assistant who has experience working within the property industry. This role will see you supporting the COO in operating and running this exceptional and highly regarded corporate property company based in Brisbane’s western suburbs.  

This position is available either full-time, or 3-4 days a week depending on the successful applicant's suitability & availability. 

You will be required to:

  • Provide exceptional Personal Assistant and Personal support
  • Preparation of board papers
  • Diary and email management
  • Travel Management
  • Coordinator of executive meetings and agendas
  • Preparation of reports and high-level stakeholder management
  • Strategy and milestone management
  • Management of highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Support the continual operational improvement of the administrative process for the COO, MD, and the executive team
  • Lease Administration (Commercial/Retail Property)
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as required

About you:

You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant and ideally have been responsible for providing support in the property industry. We are very interested in applications from individuals who have Legal Secretary/Paralegal/PA backgrounds with property lease administration experience. This will be highly advantageous.

You will have highly advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, great typing speed and accuracy, strong business acumen with sound judgment. You will be able to work closely with the COO as well as autonomously in some instances. You will be required to be proactive and entrench yourself within the business as a keen participant to contribute to the success of the company.
