Duties:
Working alongside a one of Australia’s highest achieving agents, you’ll be tasked with keeping this small team on-track, in the Top 5 and specifically carrying out the following:
- High level administration duties
- Diary & database management
- Processing sales through to settlement
- Site visits, coordinating suppliers and liaising with solicitors etc
- Overseeing marketing and booking Auctions
- Prepare for meetings & end of month catch ups
Specific requirements:
This is a role for someone passionate about Real Estate, who thrives in a high-achievement environment, embraces ideas and has an insatiable focus on results. To be the deserving candidate you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in sales administration within Real Estate
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic and able to operate autonomously
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- An ability to think with foresight and be proactive
- Your Real Estate Certificate, a car and driver’s license
