A stand-out in their area, this reputable Commercial & Projects Division operating under one of Australia’s leading Real Estate brands has outstanding tech systems, top-notch support and an excellent track record in the Commercial Property space across Sydney, with particular focus on the Inner West & City fringe.


Your New Role
Leading two highly successful divisions within this multi award-winning real estate business, these Directors are seeking the assistance of an experienced Administrator who can free them up and allow them to stay focused on listing properties and doing deals.
Your duties will include:
Marketing
* Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives
* Property and business profile marketing
* Social and digital work

Sales Support
* Monitor the market for news and opportunities to pass on to the Directors
* Preparing documents and submissions
* Take and address enquiries from clients
* Conduct inspections with buyers and tenants where needed



About You…
* Strong administrative skills
* Real Estate experience preferred
* Certificate of Registration
* Car & driver’s License
* Have great energy and a genuine interest in the industry
