A fast paced environment that will require you to deliver “A” game services across a broad range of duties both professional and personal. Most importantly is your capacity to be one-step ahead of the game and confidently manage the Director and Executives within the business.
Duties will include:
- Creating, maintaining and following up tasks list for Director “daily to do list”
- Coordinating Directors calendar
- Responding to emails on Directors behalf when required
- Book travel and generating itineraries
- Liaising with high level stakeholders
- Meeting Minutes for fortnightly board meetings
- Distribute Minutes & Agenda prior to board meetings
- Liaison with media and government representatives
- Assisting with personal life admin including finance, birthday presents, filing.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar PA/EA role
- Previous experience within the property industry is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and administration skills with capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Highly competent with Microsoft suite of programs
- Self-motivated, personable and confident
- Articulate with immaculate presentation in-line with this high-end brand
- Strong ability to handle highly confidential documentation
- Can work well under pressure and in high stress situations
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a good sense of humour
The role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset.
