PA to Department Head / Junior PM - Northern Beaches

Our client is seeking an aspiring Property Manager to be coached and mentored with a view to stepping up and managing their own portfolio autonomously within 6 – 12 months!
  
Role:

Supporting the Head of Department to run their portfolio of 170 properties, you will get to support with all day to day duties that come with being a Property Manager

Duties:

• Liaise with landlords and tenants around enquiries
• Undertake ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
• Draft condition reports
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
• Provide general admin support

  
Specific requirements:

This role does require Real Estate experience but you could be a Receptionist / Administrator or Leasing Executive seeking a step up!

• Strong organisational & follow-up skills
• A great attitude with a willingness to learn
• Live local to the Northern Beaches and know the area well
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Car and Drivers License
