Operations Manager

This brand is going from strength to strength, and in the middle of an incredible growth phase, our client has created a new role. Working across multiple offices in the area, this exciting and diverse role will see you reporting to the Director and focused on 3 key areas of management:
  
YOUR ROLE:
  
Operations

  • Ensure the smooth running of all offices including staff and facilities / equipment
  • Offer support and guidance to all support staff (Reception, Marketing, Admin)
  • Organise staff meetings, events and awards
  • Oversee company cars (including rego, insurances, servicing etc)
  • Be the liaison with Franchise Head office
  • Initiate ideas for improvement

Compliance

  • Be across all industry and Award changes
  • Ensure all Certificates and Licences are up to date / renewed
  • Oversee compliance on sales files, price changes and conjunction agent agreements
  • Complete regular audits

HR

  • Liaise with management on staffing requirements
  • Manage the recruitment process including drafting Job Descriptions, advertising, working with external suppliers
  • Full training and on-boarding of staff, and ongoing staff check-in’s
  • Manage leave and notice periods (in conjunction with the Finance Manager)
  • Maintain rosters and ensure there is adequate coverage across all offices
  • Ensure an overall adherence to company policies and procedures

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experienced Real Estate professional
  • Exposure to the fast paced world of Real Estate essential
  • Degree qualified in Management, HR or similar
  • COR or Real Estate License holder
  • Strong communicator with good presentation
  • Good longevity within similar roles
  • A car and Drivers license
