This brand is going from strength to strength, and in the middle of an incredible growth phase, our client has created a new role. Working across multiple offices in the area, this exciting and diverse role will see you reporting to the Director and focused on 3 key areas of management:
YOUR ROLE:
Operations
- Ensure the smooth running of all offices including staff and facilities / equipment
- Offer support and guidance to all support staff (Reception, Marketing, Admin)
- Organise staff meetings, events and awards
- Oversee company cars (including rego, insurances, servicing etc)
- Be the liaison with Franchise Head office
- Initiate ideas for improvement
Compliance
- Be across all industry and Award changes
- Ensure all Certificates and Licences are up to date / renewed
- Oversee compliance on sales files, price changes and conjunction agent agreements
- Complete regular audits
HR
- Liaise with management on staffing requirements
- Manage the recruitment process including drafting Job Descriptions, advertising, working with external suppliers
- Full training and on-boarding of staff, and ongoing staff check-in’s
- Manage leave and notice periods (in conjunction with the Finance Manager)
- Maintain rosters and ensure there is adequate coverage across all offices
- Ensure an overall adherence to company policies and procedures
ABOUT YOU:
- Experienced Real Estate professional
- Exposure to the fast paced world of Real Estate essential
- Degree qualified in Management, HR or similar
- COR or Real Estate License holder
- Strong communicator with good presentation
- Good longevity within similar roles
- A car and Drivers license
