An exciting position has now become available for a Property Manager to work onsite, you would be joining a highly regarded developer and assisting them in their expanding Property Management arm. This luxury building has been exquisitely designed and is a sanctuary with all the benefits of inner-city living. Working alongside a highly competent and professional team around you, you will be required to manage a portfolio end to end (no Trust management required), of close to 70 apartments with potential growth in the pipeline. Predominately Monday to Friday, Offering a healthy work / life balance and a beautifully designed office space, this opportunity far exceeds expectations.
About You
- Ideally 3-5 years Property Management experience, with a high standard of work and a strong eye for detail
- A strong understanding of QLD legislation
- Proficiency in PropertyMe software
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- QLD Real Estate Registration certificate
- Capable of dealing with conflict and troubleshooting - not someone who shy's away from a challenge!
- Be proactive in identifying any problems and have a keen interest in working towards solutions
- Friendly and engaging personality when dealing with lot owners & committee members, tenants, Body Corporate representatives & tradespeople - to ensure a strong sense of community is created within the building
- High level of communication both written and verbal to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Strong leadership ability and desire to take control and grow within your career
