AZZET is a well-funded venture that aspires to create a two-sided managed services marketplace that empowers users to manage transact and grow their assets. Property will be the first asset class to launch on the AZZET platform by the end of Q1 2020.

Role description
The AZZET OIEC will be a critical member of our team and responsible for establishing procedures to ensure our ongoing compliance with the law and good agency practice and monitor the agency to ensure these procedures are followed.
In a fast-paced, energetic start-up environment, the OIEC will have the opportunity to build our product offering nationwide and become the voice of authority on all real estate matters.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Build and nurture client and stakeholder relationships by providing superior client service support
- Management, development and performance evaluation of the AZZET real estate team
- Ensure that estate agents, agents’ representatives and other employees comply with the applicable law
- Closely collaborate with the AZZET product and operations teams to assist with strategic growth
Skills and experience
- A solid background in real estate -at a corporate level or as Sales Agent or Principal looking to reposition themselves
- An innovative and agile thinker
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Impeccable communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to succeed in a start-up environment with an international team working in multiple time- zones
- Technologically proficient and experienced in Pro-tech industry would be beneficial but not necessary
- Ability to evangelise AZZET’s services to our community of strategic partners
Essential Criteria
- Estate Agent Licence (VIC)
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Vast experience in real estate and understanding of national markets
- Valid drivers licence
- Willingness to undergo a police check
