Working with this high-end boutique agency on the Northern Beaches, this role will see you operating as the "right-arm" to this awesome Principal!
This unique role will see you overseeing all office operations, you will be the right-arm for this extremely busy Director and you will get to work with a fantastic team of professionals, who are dedicated but also know how to have fun!
You will come from a Real Estate environment with comprehensive knowledge of the Legislation and Property Management and you will be responsible for running this busy boutique office
Duties:
- Support in all day to day operations of the business.
- Oversee all office operations including supplies, equipment and general facilities
- Manage and drive the performance of the Property Management department and ensure KPI adherence
- Take and manage customer feedback and attend to any elevated issues
- Staffing and HR matters including leave, reviews and continuing to create a happy and cohesive work environment
- Organise team bonding and annual calendar events
- Business improvement such as refining systems and enhancing tech platforms
- General better staff and client experience
Specific requirements:
- Self-motivated able to operate autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and improvement within a business
- Proficient with Agent+, MS Office
- Real Estate Licence or COR preferred but not essential
