Operating from the company’s head office with an exciting relocation to new offices in the coming months! Our client is an incredibly successful business; the company comprises several divisions including real estate (sales and property management), development, projects and facilities and are led by an entrepreneurial Director!
This varied role is primarily an office administration role that will be operating across two companies.
Duties involved will be supporting the General Manager, Senior Managers and also provide ongoing support to their sales team.
Duties:
- Administrative support to the General and team
- Sales support to the sales team
- Marketing – uploading properties, organising marketing collateral, social media
- Preparation and submission of company tenders + PowerPoint presentations
- Establishing administrative protocols in the organisation
- Manage staff training and events, liaise with their PR Company when required.
- Power Point presentations where required.
- Maintain company contact database with regular contact and follow up.
- Newsletters and mailouts, database management + presentations
- Monthly reporting, audits, insurances
Requirements:
- Real Estate experience is essential
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to operate autonomously
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Proficient with property software systems + PowerPoint
