Office Leasing Executive

About:
Our client is a leading full-service Commercial Property Agency that has recently gone through a business restructure that will offer long term growth to the successful candidate. 

Working closely with a qualified and experienced Sales and Leasing Agent, this newly created role of Office Leasing Executive will see you bringing in new listings via your networks and business development efforts. Other duties will include: 

• Execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
• Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers
• Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease and relocations.
• Prospecting for new business
• Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.

Our client is open to developing an up an comer, who is seeking a transition from a related field in commercial property into a leasing environment or a Property Graduate. You will however had already attained your WA sales registration.

Demonstrating an analytical approach to sales you have the strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. With advanced negotiation and critical thinking skills, you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
