At sharonbennie we are a friendly, tight-knit team seeking a first class Administrator/P.A/Office Coord... Not only will you be assisting our successful MD with ad-hoc PA duties, you will also be providing administrative support our consultants and running the office. Working with leading companies, industry bodies and large franchise groups as clients. We have a first class reputation in the industry which you will help us to maintain.
Day to day duties will include:
- Booking, confirming and greeting candidates
- Attending to incoming and outgoing calls (including reference checking)
- Database management
- Website management and posting advertisements
- Internet research and maintenance of Facebook and Instagram page
- Regular and half yearly courtesy calls to existing candidates
- Daily coffee/lunch and office supplies run
- General office cleanliness
- Ad-hoc PA duties to the MD
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Friendly outgoing personality and a top-notch attitude
- Ability to multi task and operate in an often fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management
- 12 months office-based experience (within Real Estate would be a bonus!) or have completed a Secretarial / Office Admin Certificate
- Social media experience would be a bonus
- The ability to work well within a team!
Previous Recruitment experience is not necessary, but experience in an admin/ support role within a sales environment is highly desirable. There is also an opportunity to be trained in to a future recruitment role if that is your desire / or we’re a great training ground if you want to be in HR
