Office Administrator

Amazing company looking for all rounder to work in this busy property development company based in Subiaco.

Our client is one of Perth's most progressive property development companies, delivering a range of projects across industrial, hotel, hospitality and mixed-use Residential around WA. 

Due to high level of workload, they need a switched on, intelligent and focused Administrator to help the team with generic duties as required. This will include use of various computer software programs, diary planning and management, travel bookings etc. 

You must be good communicator in both verbal and written forms, have a great attention to detail and strong level of intuition to pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting. Common sense and ability to churn through high workloads is paramount. 

Hours are somewhat flexible to suit, anywhere between 30 - 38 hours per week to suit a current University student or recent Graduate. Anyone with property related degree would be highly regarded.
