Office Administrator

Amazing opportunity for an experienced administrator to join this highly successful commercial agency.

Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. Renowned as industry leaders across Commercial, Retail & Industrial, they have built a strong team with a number of agents who are ranked as the best in the market.

In this role, no day will be the same and you will need to have great time management skills. You work closely with the broader team and assist with overflow work.

Taking on the role of office all-rounder, responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times
  • Email inbox management
  • Inputting sales data and deals
  • Answering phones
  • Providing a warm welcome to visitors, covering reception when required
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Troubleshooting IT issues
  • Organise functions and events
  • Filing and organising the office and general administration.

You will be proficient in the following:

  • Experience working in the Property Industry
  • High level administrative and organisation skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Effectively prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Office

You will have the confidence to work under minimal supervision, be self-motivated and passionate about delivering high quality work. With the ability to manage your time effectively, you will be a dynamic multi-tasker able to work with varied personalities. Previous experience within the Property industry is highly desirable.
