Our Client:
Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible track record in medium - high density developments, and planned communities.
The Role:
Working in the NSW Home building and development business unit, this position will be working alongside 2 x established Marketing team members and reporting in to a highly experienced Manager. Based at Macquarie Park, you will assist with current project marketing activities, plus play a pivotal role in the development their new House and Land contract business.
Duties will include:
- Coordinating the output of marketing materials and collateral
- Creating marketing campaigns and directly managing the company’s external service providers
- Execute advertising, PR and media strategies to ensure maximum engagement
- Assist with community and stakeholder plans
- Coordinate, promote and manage events
- Providing input to annual plans and budgets (budget maintenance)
- Periodic reporting to management and calculation of ROI
Specific Requirements:
- Must have Property / Real Estate marketing experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Property preferred
- Strong creative and strategy skills
- Demonstrated skill and results in a similar role
- PR and social media capabilities would be desirable
