OUR CLIENT:
As our client grows from strength to strength across all areas of their Property Group (project marketing, property development and construction). The Homes division, currently focused on the North West growth corridor of Sydney sits in the volume home building sector, and leads the way in affordable, customisable homes
THE ROLE:
Responsible for nurturing and converting leads that you are handed-over, you will sell house and land packages from stock lists that you are provided, with specific duties including:
- Identify client requirements and presenting options that suit
- Manage modification requests and liaising with the drafting team
- Arrange site visits and as required to showcase completed homes
- Present the client with tenders and inclusions
- Work with the client up to contract signing
- Coordinate handover to the pre-construction and delivery team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience in H&L, Project or Real Estate sales background
- Have a demonstrated track record of success / converting
- Outstanding customer service and a natural deal closer
- Certificate of Registration, car and drivers license
