Responsibilities:
This role will see you operating from the company’s Headquarters in Sydney CBD and reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director. Supporting the team Nationally, this is a pivotal role that supports the Director, Sales Team and also the onsite Managers. Exciting and varied, your day to day will include:
- Supporting the Sales Team with: Processing sales transaction paperwork, maintaining sales materials, customer communication and database updates etc
- Financial Admin including: processing purchases, sales executive commissions
- Regulatory monitoring for the Community Managers
- General coordination: Identifying training needs, cross departmental communications and updates
Requirements:
- Experience in Office Admin and Coordination (supporting a Real Estate sales team)
- Strong attention to detail, deadline driven and tech savvy
- Ability to train others and walk through new processes
- Exemplary customer service and relationship building skills
- A desire to be in Real Estate / corporate support long term
