Iconic Recruit, with 30+ years of combined Queensland property recruitment experience, are exclusively partnered with a well-regarded development company that are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in their trendy city fringe office.
The role:
Working closely with the Project Delivery team, this role will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and help launch of a number of residential property development projects across Queensland.
Deliverables include:
- strategic marketing and sales plans for projects
- project marketing budgets
- market, product and pricing research
- project marketing submissions, launch events and presentations
- stakeholder management
- performance reporting
- brand development and upkeep
The successful candidate:
You will be degree qualified, have experience in real estate marketing, have a passion for quality marketing production and the confidence to represent the business to external stakeholders. This role will involve high-level strategy through to implementation of these campaigns so it requires someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves. Corporate presentation and strong business acumen are essential.
