They are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team located at a Sub-Regional Shopping Centre south of Brisbane. This exciting role is ideal for an Assistant Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager with a couple years’ experience in shopping centre marketing looking to take that next step up in their career.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible to deliver the strategic marketing plan and budget for the centre; Have a strong focus on maximising customer experience and placemaking within the community plus, building strong relationships with retailers.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Min two years’ experience as an assistant marketing manager in shopping centres OR
- Marketing Manager of a neighbourhood or sub-regional shopping centre looking for that next step
- Passion for retail and shopping centre marketing
- High level of social and digital marketing skills
- Positive, go-getting attitude
- Self-motivating and can work autonomously and team environment
- Great at building relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting skills
